Environmental Check: Ensure the operating environment temperature is controlled between 20-30℃ and humidity between 50%-70%, avoiding extreme temperatures and humidity that could cause ink solidification or fabric deformation. Check that there are no flammable materials around the equipment and that the ventilation system is functioning properly.
Equipment Check: Check that the power cord and data cable of the digital printing machine are securely connected, and that there are no foreign objects obstructing key components such as the print head, guide rails, and drive belt. Use professional cleaning tools to clean any residual ink from the print head surface to prevent clogging.
Material Preparation: Select suitable fabric according to printing requirements, ensuring the fabric is flat and wrinkle-free. Use original or certified brand inks compatible with the equipment to avoid chemical conflicts that could damage the print head.
Software Settings: Import the printing pattern using the accompanying design software, and adjust the resolution, color mode, and printing speed.
