Daily/Regular Maintenance ✔Nozzle check & test print
• Run a nozzle check every day before production
• Print a small test pattern to keep ink flowing
✔Clean print head (only when needed)
• Use automatic cleaning first
• Avoid excessive manual cleaning (wastes ink, stresses head)
Ink System Care
✔Use original / compatible sublimation ink
• Never mix different ink brands
• Mixing inks can cause clogging or color shift
✔Shake ink bottles / cartridges
• Gently shake (once a week)
• Prevents pigment settling
✔Maintain proper ink level
• Never let ink tanks run dry
