Summer Maintenance Tips For Advertising Printing Machines

Controlling Room Temperature
The operating temperature of the advertising photo printer is 15-30℃. If the temperature exceeds 35℃, cooling measures should be taken, such as using air conditioning or fans. High temperatures can lead to control board malfunctions, slower printing speeds, and even damage to electronic components.

Adjusting Humidity
Humidity should be maintained between 35%-65%. Excessive humidity affects ink drying speed, while low humidity can easily generate static electricity.

Optimizing Power Management
Avoid using multiple high-power devices on the same power outlet. The photo printer and computer should use dedicated power strips to prevent voltage instability or short circuits. During peak electricity consumption in summer, it is recommended to check circuit stability to prevent unexpected power outages or equipment damage.

Enhancing Heat Dissipation and Ventilation
Ensure good ventilation in the working environment to prevent heat buildup. Exhaust fans or air conditioners can be installed to assist with heat dissipation. Regularly check the equipment's heat dissipation status to avoid overheating due to prolonged continuous operation.

Printhead and Ink Maintenance
Ink viscosity may change at high temperatures; adjust the printhead voltage to prevent ink breaks or ink splattering. Print test patterns daily to check the printhead status and prevent clogging. When cleaning the printhead, use a lint-free cloth or alcohol, and avoid wiping the nozzles.

Dust Prevention and Daily Maintenance
Maintain a clean environment to reduce dust entering the equipment. Regularly clean key components such as guide rails and encoder strips. At night or when the machine is not in use, cover it with a dust cover to prevent condensation or dust intrusion.

Avoiding Overuse of the Built-in Drying System
During high summer temperatures, it is recommended to turn off the built-in drying system and use external air-drying equipment (such as a cooling fan) to accelerate ink drying and reduce equipment load.
