Maintenance Guide For Advertising Printing Machines

Daily Cleaning Tips for Your Printer
Your advertising photo printer is like a beauty-conscious woman; regular cleaning is essential to keep it in good condition. The print head is the most important part to care for. Gently wipe its surface weekly with a dedicated cleaning solution to prevent dried ink from clogging it. Don't neglect the guide rails and belts either; use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of lubricant to wipe them, which reduces wear and tear and lowers noise. Remember to perform these steps while the printer is turned off, and let it sit for 10 minutes after cleaning before turning it back on.

Meticulous Consumable Management
Ink selection directly affects the machine's lifespan; it's recommended to use original manufacturer's consumables. Store unopened ink in a cool place, and use opened ink within 3 months. Paper storage is also important; maintain an environment humidity of 40%-60%, as damp media can easily cause paper jams. When changing ink, be sure to remove air bubbles from the pipes; this small detail can prevent 80% of print head malfunctions.

Troubleshooting and Prevention Tips
Don't panic if you encounter streaks or color deviations; performing print head calibration 2-3 times will solve most problems. If the printer is not used for a long time, turn it on weekly and print a test page to prevent the print head from drying out. The recommended ambient temperature is 15-25℃; too dry an environment can cause static electricity interference, while too humid an environment can lead to condensation. Establishing a maintenance log is essential; record the time of each maintenance and any abnormal situations to facilitate quick problem identification.
